This full‑time, on‑site Property Consultant role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include building client relationships, generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and collaborating with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional real estate services.

• Proficiency in Consulting, Sales, and Real Estate market analysis
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build client relationships
• Proven ability to understand client needs and provide personalized property solutions
• Experience with negotiation and closing property transactions
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulatory environments is highly desirable
• Multilingual skills are a valuable asset
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
