What You’ll Be Doing- Sourcing and engaging buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Conducting property viewings and advising clients on homes, communities, and market conditions.
- Negotiating sales and rental transactions to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Building long-term client relationships through clear, consistent communication.
- Staying up to date with Dubai market trends, pricing, and new developments.
- Growing your personal brand and professional network within the real estate community.
- A strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
- Confidence in communicating with people and building relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a commission-only environment.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture.
- Valid driving licence.
- Comfortable working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
- Uncapped, tax-free earning potential with commission up to 70%.
