Role OverviewWe are seeking a Real Estate–Experienced Agent Relations Manager to strengthen and expand our agency network.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, manage, and expand relationships with real estate agents and agencies
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned broker partners
- Conduct regular partner engagement meetings and performance reviews
- Support agencies with project updates, inventory allocation, and coordination
- Ensure high service standards and seamless communication
- Identify opportunities to increase sales volume within partner network
- Assist in onboarding new agencies and activating sales pipelines
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and developer teams
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in UAE real estate
- Strong existing network of brokers and agency managers
- Developer sales team
- Brokerage relationship management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Additional language is a strong advantage
- Professional, confident, and relationship-oriented personality
- Strong understanding of off‑plan sales processes and broker engagement
