Role DescriptionThe Off Plan Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing of off-plan real estate projects. Key responsibilities include driving property sales, building strong client relationships, collaborating with developers, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring targets are met. The individual will lead the sales team, coordinate promotional activities, and assist in negotiating contracts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
Qualifications- Experience as an Off Plan Manager in Dubai
- Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate sector, particularly off-plan property sales
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Experience in marketing strategies and promotional campaign management
- Leadership abilities to guide and motivate a sales team
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proven organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- Previous experience in a managerial or senior sales role in the real estate market
