Intern - Residential Valuation

Knight Frank MENA is seeking motivated and ambitious graduates or recent graduates to join our Residentail Valuations team in Dubai. This internship offers exposure to the Residential Valuation team, giving interns the opportunity to develop a strong foundation in real estate valuations while gaining insights into different asset classes.

Whether it is working on luxury villas, apartments, and residential developments, or on offices, interns will be immersed in valuation methodologies, market research, and professional client reporting within one of the world’s leading real estate consultancies.
This role is open to UAE-based candidates with valid residency status.

As a Valuation Intern, you will gain exposure to the end-to-end valuation process, supporting the Residential team.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with property inspections and site visits.
• Collecting, verifying, and analysing comparable evidence and market data.
• Supporting financial analysis, rent rolls, and valuation inputs such as cash flows.
• Drafting sections of valuation reports in line with RICS Valuation Standards (“Red Book”).
• Conducting market research on property pricing, yields, supply‑demand dynamics, and sector trends.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date valuation databases and research records.
• Collaborating with internal teams (Agency, Research, Capital Markets, Consultancy) to strengthen insights.
• Assisting with presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Providing ad hoc analytical and administrative support to the valuation teams.

• Bachelor’s degree (or final year) in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and research skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English essential, Arabic or additional languages advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Keen interest in the UAE real estate market, either in residential and commercial.
• Flexible attitude towards property inspections and occasional travel.
