• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including current trends and opportunities.
• Generate leads through networking, marketing, and leveraging existing contacts within the industry.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers and renters.
• Negotiate property sales and leases, ensuring the best possible terms for all parties involved.
• Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining long‑term relationships with clients.
• Stay updated with real estate laws, regulations, and best practices in Dubai.

• Proven experience in real estate sales, specifically within the Dubai market.
• Strong networking skills with a broad contact base in real estate or related fields.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A self‑motivated individual with a drive to succeed in a commission‑based environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid Dubai real estate license or the ability to obtain one.
