šŸ¢ Industry: Real Estate (Off-Plan & Secondary Market)

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Dubai property market. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of off-plan and secondary market sales, proven leadership abilities, and a successful track record of achieving high revenue targets.

This role requires someone who can drive both revenue growth and team performance while maintaining strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Property Consultants / Sales Executives
  • Set clear sales targets and ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual goals are achieved
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
  • Drive sales for off-plan projects and ready properties across Dubai
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, HNIs, and corporate clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client network
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and high-level negotiations
  • Monitor team KPIs, lead conversion ratios, and pipeline management
  • Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, listings, and lead generation strategies
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers and channel partners
  • Ensure full compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for senior management
  • 5+ years of real estate sales experience in Dubai (mandatory)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Team Lead / Manager role
  • Proven track record of achieving AED multi-million sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai off-plan projects and secondary market
  • Excellent negotiation, closing, and investor handling skills
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities
  • RERA Certification preferred
  • UAE Driving License preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (Arabic or other languages are an advantage)
