This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will manage property transactions, liaising between buyers and sellers, and provide exceptional customer service while navigating the Dubai real estate market.

• Researching and analyzing market trends
• Preparing property presentations
• Scheduling property viewings
• Negotiating contracts to successfully close deals
• Managing qualified leads
• Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
• Supporting clients throughout the entire sales journey
• Working closely with the internal team and participating in property viewings, client meetings, and real estate events

• Proficiency in real estate and real property practices
• Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of property trends and real estate regulations in Dubai
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
• Previous experience in real estate or a related field is a plus

• English (professional working proficiency)
• Arabic is an advantage but not a requirement
• German, Urdu, Hindi or any other language is a plus
