Property Management & Holiday Homes – Business Development Manager
Dubai, UAE | Up to AED 8,000/month + Commission
Hiring 1–2 candidates
We’re looking for Business Development Managers to grow our Property Management and Holiday Homes portfolio in Dubai.
This role suits driven sales professionals with strong relationship‑building skills and experience dealing with landlords, investors, or property owners.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire new landlords for property management and holiday homes
- Build and manage relationships with property owners and investors
- Present service offerings and negotiate management agreements
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Coordinate onboarding of new properties with internal teams
- Proven experience in BDM / sales (real estate preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target‑driven and self‑motivated
- UAE experience required
- Based in the UAE
- Salary up to AED 8,000 +
commission - Uncapped earning potential
