Property Consultant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Property Consultant, you will assist clients with property purchases, sales, and leases. Day-to-day tasks include providing expert real estate consultancy, building client relationships, conducting market analysis, showcasing properties, and closing deals. • Acquire new listings through consistent cold outreach supported by C&M guidance
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with landlords and investors
• Design and execute personal lead‑generation campaigns to grow your pipeline
• Manage client needs and close both rental and sales transactions efficiently

• 1 closed transaction per month within your first 90 days
• 20+ active listings by month 4
• 35,000+ AED in monthly commissions by month 7
