The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who has a track record of closing deals and providing exceptional customer service.

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties based on their needs.
• Conduct property viewings, inspections, and open houses for potential buyers.
• Prepare necessary documentation for the purchasing or selling process.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients with prospective buyers or sellers.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate community.
• Keep up-to-date with the local real estate market conditions and trends.
• Provide clients with market analyses, comparable sales, and property evaluations.
• Advertise and market properties through various channels to attract prospective buyers.
• Assist clients in the mortgage process by providing helpful information and resources.
• Ensure all real estate transactions comply with local, state, and federal laws.
• Attend regular training sessions to improve skills and industry knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients regularly.

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in the industry.
• Valid real estate license in the state where you will work is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and negotiation processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients and transactions.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and tools for property marketing.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
