Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly driven and knowledgeable Secondary Broker – Area Specialist to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. In this role, you will specialise in a designated area, focusing on secondary market properties (resale and rentals), and play a key role in generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.
As an Area Specialist, you will be expected to have in-depth market knowledge of your assigned community, provide expert advice to clients, and deliver exceptional service throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the assigned area, including property trends, pricing, and market dynamics
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and database management
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors
- Source and list secondary market properties (resale and rental units)
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultations to clients
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve successful closures
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and new listings
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market (secondary market experience is a plus)
- Proven track record in sales, leasing, or real estate brokerage
- Strong knowledge of a specific area in Dubai (e.g., Marina, JVC, Downtown, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
