About the RoleWe are looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai.
This is a 100% commission-based position with no fixed monthly salary, ideal for individuals who are motivated by performance and want to build a successful career in the UAE real estate market.
Important:
Applicants must currently reside in the UAE. We are not accepting applications from candidates currently outside the UAE.
- Generate and follow up with potential clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property viewings and presentations
- Negotiate and support transactions through completion
- Stay up to date with the Dubai real estate market
- Work toward individual and company sales targets
- Currently residing in the UAE
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented, ambitious, and self-motivated
- Professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous real estate or sales experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus
