* UD Internal Research Fund (UD-IRF) 2026*. The selected RAs will work closely with Principal Investigators (PIs) on innovative, high-impact research initiatives in engineering, information technology, business, and law.

**** Responsibilities
* * Research Assistant duties may include, depending on the project:
* Conducting literature reviews
* Data collection, processing, and analysis
* Running simulations or experiments
* Supporting field work or stakeholder engagement
* Preparing reports, research documentation, and publications
* Assisting in prototype development, software modeling, or statistical analysis
** Contract Duration**
* ** One-year appointment**, aligned with the one-year duration of the funded project.
* Renewal beyond one year is not guaranteed and depends on project needs and funding availability.
** Minimum Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
* Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred qualifications may vary by project and will be communicated during screening.
