- Project Management:
Overseeing the end-to-end research process, including planning, executing, and delivering research projects on time and within budget. - Client Engagement:
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering insights that drive business decisions. - Data Analysis:
Utilizing both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to analyze data and generate insights. - Team Leadership:
Leading and mentoring a team of researchers, ensuring high‑quality deliverables. - Reporting & Presentation:
Crafting clear and compelling reports and presentations to communicate research findings effectively.
