• Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, demonstrating thorough knowledge of menu items and daily specials
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner, adhering to high-quality standards
• Anticipate guest needs and respond efficiently to requests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for various events
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues during peak hours

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
• Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments
• Thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus, including ingredients and preparation methods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards
