Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team and deliver excellent service to guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mix cocktails according to standard recipes and guest preferences
- Ensure bar area is clean, stocked, and well-organized
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately (if required)
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor guest consumption and follow responsible service guidelines
- Maintain inventory and report stock requirements
- Follow HACCP / food safety and hygiene standards
- Comply with UAE laws and company policies regarding alcohol service
