We are looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy restaurant outlet in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent English communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Experience in a Pan Asian or Indian restaurant is highly preferred.

• Oversee complete day-to-day restaurant operations
• Ensure excellent guest service and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
• Monitor staff performance and ensure smooth coordination during service
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and team discipline
• Control operational costs, stock levels, and basic inventory
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and UAE regulations
• Supervise opening and closing procedures

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
• Experience in a Pan Asian or Indian restaurant is preferred
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Young, energetic, and hands-on leadership style
• Ability to manage a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong team management and problem-solving skills
• UAE experience is an advantage
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Full Package Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month
