• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Ensure proper washing techniques are followed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
• Assist kitchen staff with food preparation as needed
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues with dishwashing equipment
• Adhere to health and safety regulations
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service
• Support the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen
