This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintaining a consistently high standard of food and service. Key responsibilities include staff management and hiring, implementing and monitoring service standards, managing inventory and supplies, and collaborating with the team to enhance restaurant efficiency and growth.
The role requires a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving and fostering a positive work environment.
- Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, to ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Strong leadership and Human Resources abilities for tasks such as Hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff.
- Effective Communication skills for staff coordination and guest interaction.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Food & Beverage industry to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Proven ability to manage operations in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
- Experience with restaurant inventory management and budgeting is an advantage.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and challenges professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
