About The Opportunity
A leader in the Hospitality & Food service Management sector operating across the UAE, delivering high-quality dining experiences and turnkey restaurant operations. We run full-service outlets with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, operational excellence, compliance, and commercial performance. This on-site role is central to driving daily operations, revenue, and team performance in a fast-paced F&B environment.
Role & Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting sales and profitability targets.
- Manage staffing activities—recruitment support, training, rostering, and performance coaching—to maintain service standards and labour efficiency.
- Control costs through inventory oversight, waste reduction, vendor management, and effective P&L monitoring.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and local regulatory requirements (HACCP, municipality inspections, licensing).
- Operate and optimise POS workflows, shift handovers, and service recovery processes to maximise throughput and guest satisfaction.
- Drive local marketing execution, promotions, and community outreach to grow footfall and repeat business.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or relevant field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in full-service or quick-casual outlets (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
- Valid food safety certification (HACCP) and strong knowledge of UAE food hygiene regulations.
- Hands‑on experience with POS platforms—experience with Oracle MICROS or similar preferred.
- Demonstrable P&L responsibility: budgeting, forecasting, margin and cost control expertise.
- Strong operational skills: inventory management, vendor coordination, staff scheduling, and service quality control.
- Experience managing multi‑outlet venues, fine‑dining or branded restaurant concepts.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and experience handling work permits, visa‑related processes, and local HR compliance.
- Additional certifications in customer service excellence, bar management, or food & beverage supervision.
