Brand Chef - Pan Asian

We are seeking a talented, experienced, and passionate Brand Chef – Pan Asian Head Chef to lead the culinary direction of a high-end restaurant in Dubai. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled culinary leader to drive excellence, innovation, and authenticity in Pan Asian cuisine, catering to a diverse and discerning clientele.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, refined technical expertise, creativity, and a deep understanding of Asian flavors, presentation standards, and operational consistency within a fast-paced, quality-driven restaurant environment.

• Lead and oversee all Pan Asian kitchen operations
• Develop, curate, and maintain innovative and authentic Pan Asian menus
• Ensure consistent preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Pan Asian cuisines (Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Korean, Southeast Asian)
• Maintain strict adherence to quality, taste, and brand presentation standards
• Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure performance excellence
• Control food costs, portioning, inventory, and minimize waste
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
• Coordinate effectively with restaurant management to align culinary strategy with brand vision
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Pan Asian Chef in a high-end or luxury dining environment
• Strong leadership/personality and team management skills
• Deep knowledge of authentic Pan Asian cooking techniques and ingredients
• Experience in menu development and brand-standard implementation
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong focus on consistency, creativity, and presentation
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Full Package Salary: AED 20,000 – 22,000 per month
