Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Follow recipes and maintain quality standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and baked products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.
- Monitor inventory and report any shortages or issues to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to meet hotel guests’ expectations.
- Proven experience as a baker, preferably in a hotel or professional kitchen.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and passion for quality.
- Team player with a professional attitude.
