Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina invites a hands-on Head Chef to lead our pre-opening kitchen brigade. You will collaborate with the F&B Manager to ensure excellence across Main Kitchen, Room Service, Pastry/Bakery, Garde Manger, All-day Dining and Banquets/Events.
The role emphasizes profit-minded operation, quality food presentation, hygiene, and ongoing skill development for the team. Prior Executive Sous Chef experience is preferred, with coaching to achieve high performance.
