Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities: 1. Platform & Listing Management:
Manage product listings, content, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate with the content and creative teams for accurate and appealing product uploads (titles, descriptions, images, tags).
2. Promotions & Campaigns:Plan and execute discounting strategies tailored to the off-price model, balancing liquidation goals with profitability.
Align with platform account managers for campaign participation (Big Sale Events, Clearance Sales, etc.).
3. Operations & Fulfillment:Ensure smooth order processing, timely dispatch, and adherence to SLA across all platforms.
Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams for inventory flow and returns management.
4. Analytics & Reporting:Track and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, bounce rates, and customer behavior.
Provide actionable insights for improving sell-through, average order value (AOV), and minimizing returns.
5. Stock & Merchandising Coordination:Coordinate with merchandising and planning teams for liquidation strategy and seasonal stock planning.
Monitor aging inventory and create push strategies accordingly.
6. Customer Experience:Collaborate with platform CS teams to ensure a high standard of customer service and quick resolution of complaints/returns.
