Overview
We are looking for an organized and reliable Storekeeper to manage daily store and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate stock records.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and issues.
- Issue materials as per approved requests and company procedures.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of items.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged items.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store area.
- Coordinate with purchasing, receiving, and other departments.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Basic computer skills; experience with inventory software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and arranging stock.
- Flexibility to work shifts if required.
