Description:

The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in delivering a world-class luxury retail experience by providing personalized, high-touch customer service and driving showroom sales performance. The role is responsible for understanding client needs, showcasing product expertise, and nurturing long-term client relationships through exceptional service standards. With a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, brand heritage, and aesthetics, the Sales Executive ensures every customer interaction reflects the brand’s prestige and exclusivity.

The position also supports visual merchandising, maintains impeccable store presentation, and upholds operational excellence while contributing to the overall commercial success of the showroom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets (daily, monthly, seasonal) while delivering an exceptional customer service.
  • Identify solutions for upselling and cross selling in order to maximize the sales and showroom profitability.
  • Build strong rapport and long‑term relationships with high‑value and repeat customers ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Engage customers through consultative selling
    , understanding their lifestyle, preferences, and purchase intent.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge, storytelling skills, and an understanding of brand heritage.
  • Improve conversion rate by effectively engaging walk‑in customers and appointment customers.
  • Proactively follow up with customers through phone, Whats App, or email for repeat business and after‑sales support.
  • Ensure accurate POS transactions
    , billing, and payment handling.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and service requests in line with luxury service standards.
  • Share the stories behind our craftsmanship, product design, inspiration, and brand heritage.
  • Work closely with delivery, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of customer’s engagements.
  • Replenish stock on shelves; coordinate with the stock room for availability of fast‑moving items.
  • Perform regular stock checks, assist with stock counts, and report discrepancies immediately.
  • To ensure that visual standards are in place and merchandising / pricing principles are always adhered to.
  • Resolve customer concerns effectively while protecting brand integrity and commercial interests
Qualifications:
  • 5‑7 years of experience in Retail - preferably from Furniture industry / Luxury retail and premium fashion.
  • Excellent English‑speaking skills – mandatory
  • Presentability in terms of dealing with HNI customers.
  • Detail oriented and customer focus is mandatory.
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to handle complex store operations
