Location: Dubai, UAE

Age: 35 years or below

Budget: AED 2700 per month (as per skills and experience)

Visa sponsorship and health insurance.

Work Schedule: 6 days per week, 10‑hour shifts.

Flexibility: Work in various store locations across the UAE.

Our client is seeking a highly organized and efficient Store Picker to join their team in grocery stores, supermarkets, or hypermarkets across the UAE. As a Store Picker, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking and preparing orders for delivery to our customers. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Accurately pick and gather products from store shelves according to customer orders.
• Prepare orders for delivery, ensuring all items are correctly packed and labelled.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies or issues.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Navigate the store efficiently, using handheld devices or tablets to track orders and inventory.

• Previous experience in store picking or similar retail roles is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Basic comfort with using mobile phones or tablets.
• Able to stand for long periods and navigate the store efficiently.
• Well‑groomed, presentable, and confident in interactions with customers and colleagues.
