Manage and grow food categories by maximizing productivity per square foot and driving creative merchandising initiatives.

• Develop and execute category strategies.
• Improve productivity per sqft and sales performance.
• Manage assortments, promotions, and space planning.
• Initiate brand partnerships and creative campaigns.
• Analyze sales and stock performance.
• Prepare reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, retail, or related field.
• 5–8 years’ experience in a reputable confectionery / food retail brand.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Excellent commercial mindset, analytical skills, creativity.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally & overseas.
• Flexible to work extended hours when required.
