Position
Purpose:
The Trainee will support the team in the daily operational tasks to ensure launches, merchandizing updates and assortment changes are implemented on a timely basis. She/He will also assist the team in assortment analysis, forecasting groundwork and administrative tasks related to the category.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:Assortment Management & Merchandising
- Compile planograms and merchandizing book.
- Update the Minis & Extended calendar and assortment as per confirmation on launches.
- Prepare post launch reports on key launches.
- Assist in the product regulation and compliance process of all new SKUs.
- Prepare weekly merchandizing updates to commercial.
- Data input for systems, newness tracker and internal reporting.
- Product forecast assistance.
- Prepare and assist in Minis & Extended Planning meeting on weekly basis.
- Assist in Item creation for new launches.
Omnichannel & Marketing
- Follow up on visibility implementation with the Omni and Ecom team.
- Prepare Omni Weekly meeting presentation for Minis & Extended.
- Coordinate with relevant teams on timely execution on PR, CRM.
- The successful candidate should have agility, adaptability, and tolerance to pressure.
- The candidate should have excellent analytical, organizational and communication (written & oral) skills.
- Previous experience in retail or FMCG companies is a plus.
