Senior Supply and Demand Planner

We are looking for a highly driven Demand Planner to join our Lifestyle & Tech retail planning team in Dubai. The ideal candidate brings strong GCC experience, a data-centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. You will play a key role in building our forecasting and S&OP capabilities from the ground up and ensuring accurate, insight-led planning across our brands.

• Lead demand planning cycles to deliver accurate forecasts across categories, brands, and seasons.
• Support and execute the company’s S&OP framework, collaborating closely with Buying, Merchandising, Finance, and Retail Operations.
• Monitor sales trends, stock cover, supply constraints, and market dynamics to recommend timely actions.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and gaps in demand vs. supply and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Maintain planning accuracy KPIs and continuously improve forecasting models, data quality, and reporting.

• 6+ years of experience in planning — covering demand planning, supply planning, distribution planning, and S&OP.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the GCC, preferably within UAE retail or consumer-facing sectors.
• Strong hands-on experience with MS Excel (advanced functions, pivots, power tools preferred).
• Working knowledge of ERP / planning systems such as SAP, BY, Kinaxis, O9 (any is fine) is preferred but not mandatory
• SQL or any data language exposure is preferred but not mandatory.
• Detail-oriented with a data-first mindset, strong analytical thinking, and comfort working with large datasets.
• Demonstrated project ownership, ability to multitask, and a “go-getter” attitude.

• Has worked in GCC retail/wholesale or fast-paced distribution.
• Comfortable setting up processes from scratch.
• Strong communicator who can collaborate, challenge and influence cross-functional teams.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn advanced planning, automation, and S&OP concepts.
