Market Research Assistant - Emiratisation
Overview
We are looking for energetic and curious Market Research Assistants who want to kickstart their careers. This role is perfect for high school graduates who enjoy being on the move, meeting new people, and learning how the retail world works. We are willing to meet and interview University graduates as well.
In this role, you will be out in the market, visiting stores, checking product displays, and collecting information that helps improve how families across the UAE find the products they need.
Your research will play an important role in shaping how our products are presented, paving the way for more effective, consumer-friendly brands and branding strategies. This is your chance to start building valuable skills, gain real-world experience, and be part of a team that makes an impact.
Key Responsibilities- Visit supermarkets and stores in your emirate to check product displays.
- Take photos and complete simple checklists using our Shelvz mobile app.
- Record details such as product availability, placement, visibility, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Spot trends and share your discoveries with the team.
- Help prepare short reports and presentations based on your findings.
- Provide feedback that helps improve the shopping experience in your community.
- High School diploma or higher.
- 0–2 years of work experience (fresh graduates welcome).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel and PowerPoint are a plus).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to travel within your emirate for store visits.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- A great first step into a long-term career in market research and business operations.
