Our newest opportunity is for a talented Business Analyst to join our award-winning team based in Dubai, UAE.

NOTE - This role is a financial one.

This position is responsible in assisting the Division Leadership in reviewing & monitoring Annual Business Plans and providing support to Project Teams on Invoice Management, Revenue & Expense Analysis.

We envisage success in this role to include;

• Preparing Annual Budgets and Forecasts, and monitoring progress against the same on a monthly basis.
• Preparing Monthly Financial Reporting Packs.
• Preparing adhoc financial reports as requested by Directors & Project Managers.
• Assisting Project Teams on Invoice Management, Revenue & Expense analyses.
• Providing support to Project Leaders in their review and analyses of Project Progress Reports, Labor Reports, Cost & Expense Reports.
• Monitoring Cash Collections (planned v/s actual).
• Providing efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal stakeholders.

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 5 years work experience in a financial audit, internal audit, or management accounting role of which at least 2 were preferably spent working on Gulf region partnered with a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or a related degree
.

Preference will be given to candidates with CPA / CMA / ACCA / MBA.

• Previous experience in the Architecture / Civil Engineering / Construction Management industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications. Experience with automated accounting and financial management systems.
• Previous experience with Deltek Vision ERP system is preferred.
