Sales, Retail Sales, Customer Service Rep

• Welcome customers and provide helpful product assistance.
• Learn ANTA products and explain features clearly to customers.
• Achieve personal sales targets and support overall store performance.
• Handle sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked according to VM standards.
• Support training of new team members and set a good example in service.
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
• Assist with stock checks, receiving goods, and inventory tasks.
• Work with the team to maintain a safe, friendly, and professional store environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience (sportswear/footwear/apparel preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and understand basic retail KPIs.
• Team player, proactive, and willing to support store needs.
• Good English communication; able to learn new products and systems quickly.
