We are hiring a Sales Executive for a premium international footwear brand operated by a leading retail group in the UAE. This role is open to freshers and entry-level candidates who are enthusiastic about retail sales, customer engagement, and premium brand representation.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer service to Russian-speaking and international clients
- Assist customers with product selection and styling recommendations
- Drive sales and achieve individual targets with incentive opportunities
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
- Support billing, stock handling, and daily store operations
- Learn and confidently communicate product features and brand values
- Freshers are welcome; prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends
- Training provided
