Kiosk Sales Representative

We are hiring energetic Kiosk Sales Representatives for our food kiosk at Festival City Mall, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and prior experience in sales or customer service within the food industry.

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Promote and sell food products at the kiosk
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the kiosk
• Manage basic billing and cash handling (if required)
• Achieve daily sales targets and follow brand guidelines
• Coordinate with team members during shifts

• Experience:
  
  1–3 years of relevant experience (sales, kiosk, retail, or food industry preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service–oriented mindset
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Willingness to work overtime when required
