• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and anticipating guests' needs.
• Assist customers by providing product knowledge and offering guidance as needed.
• Manage point-of-sale processes, including handling cash, credit, and other transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space and guest service area.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and perform inventory counts as required.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and shop performance goals.
• Support promotional initiatives by actively participating in events and special offers.
• Stay informed on current store promotions, policies, and procedures for accurate information sharing.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with guests and fellow team members.
• Resolve customer complaints with patience and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Operate and troubleshoot retail technology equipment, such as registers and scanners.

• High school diploma or equivalent, with retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and issues effectively.
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Familiar with retail software and consumer technology for various retail tasks.
