We are looking for a Junior Buyer to join our Women’s Evening and Ready-to-Wear category team supporting Bloomingdale’s and Harvey Nichols. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a category, work with world‑class brands, and drive commercial performance in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

As a Junior Buyer
, you will work closely with the Category Buyer to plan and deliver a compelling assortment for the Women’s Evening & RTW category. You will build strong relationships with global brands, understand market trends, and ensure timely and profitable product selection. You’ll play an integral role in the end‑to‑end product lifecycle
, driving sales, margin, and sell‑through performance.

• Support the buying strategy for Women’s Evening & RTW across Bloomingdale’s and Harvey Nichols.
• Develop a strong understanding of customer preferences, market trends, and seasonal demands.
• Build assortments based on performance, store feedback, and trend insights.
• Participate in selection, buying appointments, and seasonal showroom visits.

• Manage day‑to‑day communication with brand partners and suppliers.
• Research and source new brands to enrich the category’s offering.
• Maintain accurate vendor agreements and ensure timely ordering, delivery, and payment.

• Monitor sales, stock, margin, and sell‑through; provide analysis and recommendations.
• Support reorders, consolidation, and markdown planning in collaboration with Planning & Supply Chain.
• Prepare buying reports and present insights to senior leadership.

• Work with Planning, Finance, Store Management, VM, and Commercial teams to optimize product performance.
• Share product knowledge and brand updates with store teams to drive customer engagement.
