Job Purpose: To lead and manage daily retail store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving overall store performance.

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
• Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to maintain high performance and teamwork.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer issues.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand.
• Implement retail loss prevention measures and ensure store security standards are followed.
• Analyze sales reports and market trends to adjust strategies when required.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, staff, and senior management.
• Ensure overall store presentation and operational compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Fast learner and adaptable to dynamic retail environments.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role (retail preferred; other industries may be considered).
• Experience in electronics retail is an advantage.
