• Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience and supervising the floor to ensure the highest level of service.
• Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships while coaching the broader team on relationship-building techniques.
• Partner with the Store Manager to strategically achieve sales targets and execute store initiatives.
• Act as a lead brand ambassador in the community and proactively foster high-level customer relationships.
• Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times, providing direction to the team to keep the boutique in pristine condition.
• Fulfill keyholder responsibilities including store opening and closing, cash handling, and delegated financial reporting.

• 5 years of luxury retail experience with a proven track record of maintaining an established clientele.
• A natural leader and self-starter with the ability to drive results through others.
• Curious and motivated with the ability to engage; a true sales professional who can pivot between selling and supervising.
• Customer service focused; ability to sell with a passion for client and community engagement and the ability to resolve complex customer inquiries.
• Technologically savvy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a high level of organizational excellence.
