The Helper/ Stock Keeper provides assistance to the sales team with the day to day work at the store, keeping the store and stock room neat and tidy, and helping the manual replenishment of stock from store room.
Shipment related- Receiving shipment, ensure quantity received is as per guidelines.
- Ensure items received are in good condition.
- Ensure that stock is well organized in the stock room as per team guidelines.
- Support the sales staff in various tasks as and when required.
- Inform shop supervisor / shop manager about the status of consumables and packaging.
- Keep storage room clean and stocks well arranged.
- Maintain the cleanliness of products and shelves / silver products.
- Respond effectively to customers by carrying purchases to their cars when required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in same role within luxury fashion.
- Attention to details, hardworking, love fashion, willingness to learn and adapt.
- Motivated, stylish and well groomed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
