Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

An iconic Italian Luxury House is seeking a sophisticated and results-driven Store Manager to lead its prestigious new opening in Dubai. As Store Manager, you will be the brand’s primary ambassador. You will lead the strategic and operational management of the boutique, ensuring an unparalleled customer experience while driving commercial success.

• Team Management: Build, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and luxury service.
• Clienteling & CRM: Develop and execute sophisticated clienteling strategies to recruit, retain, and elevate the local and international VIP client base.
• KPI & Performance: Take full ownership of the P&L, monitoring and optimizing KPIs (Conversion, UPT, ATV) to exceed sales targets.
• New Opening Excellence: Oversee all launch phases, from recruitment and training to visual merchandising and grand opening events.
• Operational Integrity: Maintain impeccable standards of store operations, inventory management (Stock), and brand image.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of management experience within a prestigious Luxury/High-End retail environment.
• Expertise: Proven track record in achieving complex KPIs and managing a high-volume luxury business.
• Leadership: Strong team-management skills with the ability to lead by example on the sales floor.
• Client-Centric: Expert-level knowledge of Clienteling and personalized service.
• Language: Fluency in English (Italian is a plus).
• Attributes: Exceptional communication skills, grooming, and a "Luxury-oriented" mindset.
