  • Develop, execute, and optimize space planning strategies for a large fashion retail division.
  • Ensure effective use of retail space to enhance customer experience and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with merchandising, operations, marketing, and design teams.
  • Create layouts that align with brand standards and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic planning and allocation of retail space across stores.
  • Analyze sales data, customer flow, and product performance to guide space decisions.
  • Develop store layouts and floor plans that improve product visibility and engagement.
  • Adjust layouts based on performance metrics, seasons, and category changes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of layout standards.
  • Support new store openings and renovations with space planning direction.
  • Manage budgets related to space planning and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Maintain updated store layouts within ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Produce regular reports on space utilization and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Establish and implement best practices for space management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Interior Designing or related field.
  • Certification in Space Planning preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP and retail merchandising systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • English fluency required;
    Arabic is a plus.
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in space planning, retail merchandising, or store development.
  • Minimum 3 years directly related experience in similar functions.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Results-oriented with high ownership and accountability.
  • Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong decision-making and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and agility in dynamic retail environments.
  • Ability to streamline processes and improve productivity.
