- Manage and coach the team: set objectives and assess performance, observe team on the floor and provide ongoing feedback and coaching based on their needs.
- Motivate team members with individual recognition via sales results, customer experience results, métier management and customer relationship management.
- Motivate teams, create a sense of team spirit, discipline and mutual respect, as well as dedication and loyalty to the company, recognize individual and team efforts.
- Ensure teams receive proper training regularly to develop customer experience, product knowledge, selling skills and other skills for personal development.
- Set up weekly briefings with the team to reinforce communication with the sales staff and management team.
- Ensure image and grooming standards are professional, reflective of the brand and adhere to company guidelines at all times.
- Proven ability to deliver commercial results through strategic floor and appointment-based selling.
- Proactive in motivating and supporting the team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Lead a sales team, define the sales strategy and achieve the team sales target, enabling each team member to reach their individual sales target.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and experience.
- Lead team to build and maintain relationships with clients and develop VIPs, recruiting new customers.
- Organize and animate qualitative, energetic and relevant morning briefings on a regular basis.
- Be present on the selling floor as manager on duty, overseeing daily store operations and assisting the team whenever required.
- Ensure store operation standards within the designated perimeter: stock management and CRM.
- Complete the Daily Sales Report accurately with qualitative feedback when required.
- Organize and manage breaks and staff roster to ensure adequate floor coverage.
- Always ensure and maintain a neat and tidy visual merchandising.
- Be in charge of several métiers/product categories in terms of sales, visual merchandising, inventory control, training, etc.
- Be responsible for market updates and give buying advice to the store manager.
- Extensive experience in the fashion industry, with a strong understanding of trends and market dynamics.
- Skilled in engaging and building relationships with high-net-worth clients to drive loyalty and sales.
- Consistently polished and well-presented, embodying professionalism and brand standards.
- Over 3 years of experience in luxury brands, with a deep appreciation for the sector.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a luxury sector.
- Exposure to a diverse clientele, ensuring adaptability and cultural awareness in client interactions.
