- Responsible for the day-to-day operations and stocks in the store warehouse.
- Ensuring proper coordination between the stores and warehouse so that the stocks are delivered on time.
- Ensuring all stock movements are properly documented and policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Ensuring proper and optimal allocation of resources to ensure that deadlines for deliveries are met at all the times.
- Responsible for scheduling timetable for the operations (stock replenishment for the stores, delivery to customer’s locations etc.) in order to control costs.
- Taking feedback from the customers about the quality of the delivery and installation by the staff.
- Conducting regular stock count to ensure that there is no discrepancy between system stocks and physical stocks.
- Responsible for accurate and timely entry of data into the system.
