You will manage the Human Resources function for large-format stores, ensuring alignment with OVS Global HR standards, Italian brand values, and Middle East retail strategy.
Your key responsibilitiesEmbedding global brand practices into local operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws, building high-performing teams, and driving a premium customer-centric culture consistent with OVS international benchmarks.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, visa regulations, MOHRE requirements, and WPS, maintain updated employment contracts as per local and global guidelines.
- Develop manpower plans aligned with store expansion, seasonal peaks, and sales forecasts and manage visa processing, onboarding documentation, and probation confirmations.
- Implement OVS global training modules for product knowledge, styling, VM standards, and customer engagement and facilitate new store induction programs aligned with global brand storytelling.
- Partner with Retail Operations to enhance selling skills and conversion KPIs and track training ROI and productivity improvements.
- Ensure salary structures align with UAE retail benchmarks and OVS global compensation philosophy, manage retail incentive schemes and commission structures and coordinate payroll inputs, WPS compliance, and final settlements.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 6–10 years HR experience in fashion or large-format retail
- Experience working with international/global brands preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and minimum 5 years working experience in UAE
