The Role
- The Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the effective management of the shop floor, bridging the gap between sales staff and store management. The role involves supervising selling ceremonies and operations while acting as a key contact for performance improvement and conflict resolution. Success requires strong leadership, sales skills, and an ability to maximize operational and client development outcomes.
- Support the team in building long‑term client relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools.
- Enhance the "client state of mind" among the team.
- Ensure extensive product knowledge of the team.
- Support store management in achieving business objectives, projects, and initiatives (e.g., reporting, sales analysis, product training).
- Efficient oversight of the shop floor to ensure maximum floor coverage during peak trading periods.
- Act as a role model, demonstrating sales leadership to the team.
- Intervene and provide support during the selling ceremony.
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds and completing bank deposits.
- Accurately process all POS transactions and inventory functions such as transfers, receiving, repairs, and damages to maintain inventory integrity.
- Adhere to loss prevention policies and operational procedures.
- Exemplary performer across all functions.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints, exchanges, and inquiries.
- Serve as a liaison between staff and management regarding potential performance concerns.
- Propose and implement action plans for efficient processes and store organization.
- Educate the team on sales plans, personal sales goals, and KPIs.
- Be an ambassador of the brand, culture, quality, and know‑how.
- Ensure store presentation standards are achieved and maintained.

The Role
- High school degree or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in the retail or hospitality industry.
- Good knowledge of the fashion/beauty industry and trends.
- Strong retail operational skills (stock management, visual merchandising, systems, and cash handling).
