• Strong knowledge of beauty products and cosmetics trends is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a retail setting.
• Ability to provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Strong team player with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed by the store.
