Stock Count Associate

Summary:

A Stock Count Associate is responsible for conducting cyclic, mid-year, and year-end physical inventory counts across retail stores in the UAE. The role ensures physical inventory accuracy, identifies discrepancies, and supports seamless store operations during stock count activities.

• Conduct daily cycle counts, mid-year, and year-end physical inventory counts across retail stores in the UAE.
• Follow stock count guidelines and prerequisites before the start of inventory activities.
• Perform stock count duties as per instructions from the Team Leader / Immediate Supervisor.
• Identify, document, and report discrepancies or variances in detail.
• Coordinate with store staff to ensure smooth stock count execution.
• Ensure zero disruption to store operations during inventory activities.
• Assist in variance analysis and support corrective actions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Minimum 1 year experience in retail or supply chain environment OR HSC with minimum 3 years’ experience in FMCG retail or supply chain.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel & MS Word).
• Basic mathematics skills.
• Proficient in reading and writing English.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
