- Assist in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.
- Support the Store Manager in reaching store sales goals and objectives consistently.
- Oversee and manage staff scheduling, ensuring optimal coverage and productivity.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
- Train, coach, and motivate staff to reach their potential and improve store performance.
- Monitor and manage store inventory to reduce shrinkage and optimize stock levels.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new store personnel as necessary.
- Monitor store cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Address any escalated customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager in planning marketing and promotional activities.
- Ensure store compliance with company standards and retail laws and regulations.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer service.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and understand retail metrics.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as per store requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business management is preferred.
